Every standard we track, with its citation and its status.
Each row is a real HUD notice, GSE requirement or adjacent rule. It shows the compliance date as stated in the cited source. It shows the module lane it belongs to and that module's published status. It links the document the row came from. Verify every date against that source before you rely on it. This register reads published documents; it is not legal advice.
Status words mean exactly one thing here. Available — the module that answers this standard is published as available in our product catalog. Pilot — released to named pilot agencies only. Planned — the module exists in the catalog but is not yet released. Not configured — no module in this portal answers the standard; the row names the owner that does and says why. Status is read from the product catalog, never from our internal build order, and module pages carry the detail behind each one.
Every standard has a named owner. 171 of the 305 are answered by a portal module and link straight to it. The remaining 134 are deliberately outside this portal, and each says so on its own row with the reason: agency and capital-side duties that bind a Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac seller/servicer rather than a housing authority, Housing Finance Agency and LIHTC allocating-agency duties, entity and investor integrity duties on the ownership entities, workforce compliance that belongs to a separate product, and HUD cyber and Privacy Act duties discharged by the portal's own security baseline (role-based access, hash-chained audit log, break-glass) instead of a caseworker screen. Hover any owner chip for the reason. Zero rows are unassigned; if that count above ever rises above zero, it is a real gap and it stays visible.
Verification dates load with the register.
Compliance dates are quoted from the cited documents. Always verify a date against the linked primary source before you rely on it. Where a row carries no source link, this page says so. We never imply a citation that does not exist. This register reads published standards; it is not legal advice.
