Measured against 26 public/demo routes at a simulated 400% zoom. An initial audit on September 2, 2026 found 7 failing routes; all 7 were remediated and re-verified live on production by September 3, 2026 (one homepage fix required three iterations before passing — see the remediation log below). 26 of 26 tested routes now Support this criterion, confirmed by live re-verification, not by code review alone.

Remaining open item (not a 1.4.10 failure)
The Rent Reasonableness Pro comps-results sub-section (below the 9-factor comparability grid on the signed-in RR workspace) could not be conclusively verified at 320px during the original audit. The page-level Supports verdict for that route rests on the comparability grid, which was directly confirmed; the sub-section is flagged honestly as unresolved rather than force-closed in either direction.
Known limitations
Per RentSpire's accessibility statement (last updated August 15, 2026): “Some interactive data tables and map components are still being remediated. These areas may have limitations with keyboard interaction, screen-reader announcement, alternative representations, or focus behavior. We do not represent these components as fully conformant while this work is ongoing.” This report's 1.4.10 findings are consistent with, and extend, that disclosure.
Scope note — what this VPAT does not cover
This is a 1.4.10-only VPAT. It does not score any other WCAG success criterion (contrast, keyboard operation, screen-reader compatibility, focus order, and others). A fuller VPAT covering additional Level A and AA criteria is in development and available on request while it is completed — contact accessibility@rentspire.com.
This VPAT also does not certify the signed-in PHA staff workflow, which requires authenticated access not exercised as part of this public-route audit.
